Payment and Deposit:

A deposit of 50% of the fee reserves the unit
The balance must be received 14 days before arrival
Condo entry information is provided with receipt of the balance

Rates:
Three Nights Or More Preferred (no cleaning fee).

Two night stays require a $50 cleaning fee.

 $30 Cleaning Fee For Holidays And Springbreak.
Rates apply for up to 4 persons.
Each additional person or pet charge is $10 per day or $60 per week.
Maximum capacity of 6 may not be exceeded. 
Smoking is permitted outside only.

Small pets allowed only with permission and extra fees will apply ($50.00 cleaning fee for pets)

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival if paid with check or money order.  If paid with credit card a 10% charge will apply.
